Life & meditation 

Today I’ve had some “me time” which I have absolutely loved. Four years ago I couldn’t be left on my own – I needed constant companionship. 

I guess I’ve grown up.

I haven’t meditated in a while so I thought I’d chill out in the sunshine amongst the beauty surrounding me.

 If you’re a stressy or anxious person I highly recommend that you try meditating.

Meditation isn’t just sitting with your legs crossed for ten minutes saying “Mmmmmmm”. It’s whatever relaxes your mind.

I find going for a run and then lying still and listening to music allows me to align myself.

Try it. It may be the best thing that you do all week!
